RUSH LOOKING FOR OFF-ICE OFFICIALS

(Rapid City, SD) – The Central Hockey League/Rapid City Rush are in need of Off Ice Officials to work at Rush home games for the 2009-10 season.  Off Ice Officials may act as goal judges, man the penalty benches, manage the game or penalty time clocks, compile player/game statistics, or enter game statistics, via computer, into Pointstreak, the real time, on-line game tracking software that becomes the official CHL game record.

RUSH MOVE SECOND ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT TO SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3RD

(Rapid City, SD) – The Rapid City Rush announced today that the second annual Rapid City Rush Golf Tournament has been pushed back to Saturday, October 3rd.  Inclement weather is the reason for the 24 hour move; however, the event will still begin with the Budweiser $100,000 Shootout at 8:30 am followed by the 9 am Shotgun Start.  The tournament will again take place at The Golf Club at Red Rock in Rapid City which has been voted the #1 Public Golf Course in South Dakota four years straight by Golf Week Magazine and Golf Digest.

RC RUSH HOCKEY SEASON READY TO LAUNCH; INDIVIDUAL GAME TICKETS ON SALE NOW!

(Rapid City, SD)—After a successful 2008-2009 inaugural season, the Rush is ready for round two of Rapid City Professional Hockey. To kick start the season, there will be two Exhibition games on the weekend of October 9th and 10th against the Amarillo Gorillas. Exhibition tickets are on sale now for $10 a seat ($7 a seat for Season Ticket Holders). Both games will begin at 7:05 pm at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center Ice Arena. While these pre-season games will not count in the team’s standings for the season, they will serve as a preview for what the Rush has in store for local hockey fans.
